Pair of Antique Porcelain Vase Stands with Amphora Vases — Turquoise & Gilt

A rare garniture set in the Minton taste: a pair of porcelain tripod stands crowned with sculpted ram's heads, each cradling an amphora vase in turquoise porcelain.

The stands rise from triangular bases centred with hand-painted rose medallions; the vases carry twin handles, a white band garlanded with pink roses, and gilt accents throughout. Each vase measures approximately 11 inches tall.

Offered as a set of four pieces in great vintage condition — no chips or cracks; the gilding shows only the softest age wear (see photographs).

A sculptural survivor of the Victorian mantel — equally striking as a collector's garniture or the centrepiece of a curated interior.
