Shipping, handling and insurance

The buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs. Charges depend on the item, packing requirements, destination and delivery service. Please contact ARMITION at armition@outlook.com for a quote and to agree delivery arrangements before purchasing.

Antiques and artworks may require specialist packing or delivery. Dispatch and estimated delivery times will be confirmed for each order.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check the requirements at your destination before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
