Antique Victorian Oil Lamp with Hand-Painted Globe Shade

A striking antique oil lamp crowned with a hand-painted glass globe. The embossed metal base — worked in high relief with sunflowers, scrolling foliage and twin handles — carries a beautiful patina earned over decades. Above it sits the original globe shade, its white-to-turquoise gradient ground painted with red blossoms and green leaves.

The brass burner retains its wick adjustment mechanism. Offered in good vintage condition; the metal shows age-appropriate tarnish and the globe is free of visible cracks (see photographs).
