Refund policy

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. Please email armition@outlook.com with your order number and item details before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Return condition

The item must be the same item supplied by ARMITION and returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with no alteration, restoration, breakage or new damage. Include any accessories and documents originally supplied. Existing age-related wear disclosed at purchase does not constitute new damage.

Return costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance and handling costs. Please pack the item carefully and use a tracked, insured service appropriate for its value. Original shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the outcome by email. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method. Payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, contact us promptly with photos and retain the packaging. These cases are reviewed separately from change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
